Arx-Prima is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our users' data. We design our software systems with strict secure coding practices, utilizing advanced encryption, zero-cookie analytics, and rigid boundary security layers to prevent unauthorized access.
Vulnerability Reporting
We welcome feedback and vulnerability reports from ethical security researchers. If you discover a security vulnerability on the Arx-Prima corporate platform or its operating systems, please report it immediately to [email protected]. You can find our security credentials and contact preferences in our RFC 9116 security file located at arx-prima.com/.well-known/security.txt.
Our SLA & Resolution
Upon receiving a report, our dedicated security response team will: - Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours. - Provide an estimated timeline for remediation. - Work diligently to patch and resolve verified issues under strict disclosure agreements. We request that you give us reasonable time to fix vulnerabilities before disclosing them publicly.
Safe Harbor & Ethics
We support ethical research. Arx-Prima will not pursue legal action or suspend user access for security disclosures made in good faith, provided that researchers do not exploit, modify, or destroy corporate or user data.
